Illusions aren’t memories

Memories are experiences felt
Housing themselves deep into the mind
To be recalled by its prize or as a moral.

The distance…!

For a while hope danced alone
It felt good to dream
The goings
The comings
The sharing

Forever doesn’t exist…!

Just a bit more time.

Taking a leap…!

It wasn’t easy to watch decline

The last image…!

It was a soft image that fed her illusions

Catching up with time…!

Standing far away

Looking forward to meet it

Time is at the right place.

Eager to catch up with time

Need to take large steps

The road is long ahead.

Slow motion takes over

Worn out to keep going

Must reach time before it leaves.

Nearly there

Few more steps

To catch up with time.

But, where is time?

It was at this point?

Can’t see it now.

It’s there… but

It’s no time anymore

It has become infinite.

A gift after all…!

There are times my hands cannot open small or large bottles.  Wether it’s kitchen stuff, toiletries, laundry etc, I simply chuck them out after trying.

Too high to reach…!

Standing there

Thinking what to say.

The wall is too high

Unable to go through.

Either;

Keep the client at a distance

Or is it just

A distant client?

The emotion is just an illusion

The distance is real.

Empty Bench…

The empty bench

The painting was created from an apps application called, “Painting by Numbers, Oil Painting”, I don’t know the name of the artist. During the lockdown period this application helps to keep boredom away. I love looking at the pictures. When I deep into my colors whether it is; straight brush strokes or fluid acrylics, they always reflect something that displays my mood. With the above painting from the apps, all I had to do was to follow the numbers to color it. An oil painting 😊 😉

Buy a dress and…

Once I was asked to buy a dress, it was an odd request. I was washing the dishes but I did not turn around to respond, I asked; “a dress”? He said; “yes, a dress”. I asked “any colour in particular? He said; “white”.
